Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of sale (the “Terms”) is given when you make a purchase from the PerpetualDreams website (the “Website”). It is important to read the present Terms and Conditions carefully before buying products from our website.

By using the PerpetualDreams web services (the “Seller”) you are agreeing to all of the Terms and conditions stated, which may be updated from time to time. It is important you read the terms to take notice of any changes made.

We will endeavor to make sure that all information on our website is accurate and correct at all times and will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible.

 

I. Scope

The present Terms govern all use of and orders placed on the Website. By placing an order, you (the “Customer”) confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Please note that we may update the Terms from time to time.

The Terms specify the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery and management of any returns of any Products ordered by Customers. The present Terms may be supplemented by special conditions, set out on the Website, before any transaction with the Customer.

The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force on the date of your order.

 

II. Products offered for sale

Products offered for sale (the “Products”) are those displayed on the Website at the time of your visit, subject to availability. We strive for accurate descriptions and imagery; minor variations (e.g., colour on different screens) may occur and if a Product becomes unavailable after a Customer has placed an Order, PerpetualDreams will inform the Customer by email as soon as possible.

The PerpetualDreams Products are exclusively reserved for direct sale to customers, natural persons or non-professional legal persons, known as end customers. The Customer agrees to act as an end customer and to refrain from acquiring the Products with a view to reselling them as part of a commercial activity.

 

III. Order

Placing an order

By placing an Order on the Website, the Customer is indicating its full acceptance of the present Terms and the prices and Products available for sale on the Website.

Order process

Any Order placed on the Website must comply with the procedure set up by PerpetualDreams that includes the following successive steps that lead to the validation of the Order :

- Select Products, add to cart, and follow checkout instructions.

- Before payment you can review and correct your order.

- By clicking “Pay Now”, you make a binding offer to buy.

- We will acknowledge receipt by email.

Acceptance occurs only when we send a shipping confirmation email, at which point a contract is formally formed.

 

Order Refusal or Cancellation

The Seller reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if:

• The Product is out of stock;

• Payment authorization is declined;

• The billing or delivery information provided is incorrect;

• The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent; or

• There is an error in pricing or Product information.

In such cases, we will inform you by email and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

 

IV. Prices & Payment

Product prices are displayed in EUR, GBP, USD, or CAD, depending on the Customer’s shipping country.

All prices include VAT for EU deliveries and exclude VAT for non-EU destinations. Deliveries within Europe are not subject to import duties or additional taxes. For the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Perpetual Dreams covers all import duties and taxes.

For other international destinations where duties may apply, any customs charges remain the Customer’s responsibility, payable either at checkout (when available) or upon delivery.

 Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.

Perpetual Dreams offers free shipping on orders over €200 within the EU and over €250 for international orders.  If the Customer selects an express or premium delivery option, any additional cost shown at checkout remains their responsibility.

 

All orders must be paid in full and in the currency corresponding to the shipping country at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay, Shopify Payments. Payments are processed securely at order confirmation. Discount codes, gift cards, and store credits are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

V. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
All parcels are shipped from France via our trusted carrier UPS, ensuring reliable and fully tracked international delivery.

 

Estimated Delivery Times 

France: 1–2 business days

European Union: 3–4 business days

United Kingdom & Switzerland: 2–4 business days (tax-free, import duties covered by Perpetual Dreams)

USA & Canada: 3–5 business days

Rest of the world: 5–6 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the total amount of your order. These costs are displayed before order confirmation and listed on your invoice.

Perpetual Dreams offers free shipping on orders over €200 within the EU and over €250 for international orders. If you select an express or premium option, any additional cost remains your responsibility.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Perpetual Dreams bears the transport risk until delivery to the Customer. Upon receipt, the Customer must check the condition of the packaging and Products.

If any damage or anomaly is observed, it must be reported to UPS at the time of delivery and notified to sales@perpetualdreams.co within 14 working days.

In case of absence, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery by the recipient, UPS may reattempt delivery or return the parcel to us. If delivery becomes impossible, the order will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned parcel, excluding any additional shipping costs.

If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights.

If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us through sales@perpetualdreams.co, giving your name, address and order reference.

Once confirmed, we refund in full, including original shipping.

Perpetual Dreams cannot be held liable for delays or customs-related procedures outside its control. If the Products have not been delivered within 30 business days after the estimated delivery date (except in cases of “force majeure” or Customer fault), the Customer may request cancellation and a full refund in accordance.

 

VI. Returns & Exchanges

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in such situation, the Customer must complete the return form online or contact customer service by email to sales@perpetualdreams.co to inform PerpetualDreams of its decision.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags/packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Return procedure 

Email sales@perpetualdreams.co with your order number to obtain return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer (unless the item is defective). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, to the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).

 

VII. Exclusions 

Sale items, gift cards, and credit notes are non-refundable.

IX. Intellectual property rights 

Perpetual Dreams owns all intellectual property rights in the Website and in the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws worldwide.
