Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from France within 2-4 working days with the utmost care to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. We work exclusively with UPS to guarantee secure and timely shipments. Express delivery options are also available for faster service.

Here are some estimations:

France 1-2 days after being dispatched
USA & Canada 3-5 days after being dispatched
Europe 3-4 days after being dispatched
UK/CH 2-4 days after being dispatched
Rest of the world 5-6 days after being dispatched

 

Each order includes a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details.

Please note that international orders outside of the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

However, for orders going to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, all import taxes and duties are fully covered by us to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

While we make every effort to deliver within the indicated timeframes, occasional delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Returned items must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that come in their own branded box  must be returned in the original, undamaged box. 

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return, please contact sales@perpetualdreams.co within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your item has been received and approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.

For size or product exchanges, contact info@perpetualdreams.co within 14 days. The customer covers return shipping, while Perpetual Dreams handles the delivery of the replacement item.

Please note that gift cards, credit notes, and sale items are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective item, contact sales@perpetualdreams.co as soon as possible.
